ISAIAH 53:10-12 The Victory of Sacrifice
In Isaiah 53:10-12, we see THREE glorious truths that should warm our hearts as we think about the glories of Calvary.
First, Jesus accomplished the will of the Father as our Sin-Bearer.
Second, God counts us righteous by faith alone.
Third, Jesus won the victory in His death, burial, and resurrection.
We should look at the cross and be horror-stricken that Jesus died in our place instead of us dying there for our own sins.
Without His perfect life, obedient death, glorious resurrection, and being seated at the right hand of God interceding for us in heaven, we could never have a right relationship with a holy God.
Only through Jesus can we have eternal life, joy, and peace with our God.
