Dr. Sean Cole continues his sermon series on the theology of beloved Christmas hymns, focusing on "O, Come All Ye Faithful!"

Yea, Lord, we greet Thee, born this happy morning; Jesus, to Thee be all glory giv'n! Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing!

There are some words in this Christmas hymn that jump right out at you: The call to ADORE Christ the Lord and the repetition and focus on His Glory.

What is the significance of Jesus' incarnation in the flesh? Why such a big deal? What does it truly mean when we sing “Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing?” Why should we come and adore Jesus?

This sermon asks two questions: WHY should we come and adore Christ the LORD? WHAT does it mean to adore Christ the Lord?

John gives us THREE very important realities about the incarnation of Jesus, who came in the flesh, which provide us with REASONS to come and adore Christ the Lord!

Listen to find out!
