The shocking truth of Jesus’ family tree is the list of guilty sinners. These are real people, not ideal heroes. These are fallen people, not perfect saints. These are guilty people, not those who earned God’s favor. What we see clearly, magnified in full HD, is that Jesus came to save guilty sinners, and His family tree proves it overwhelmingly.
