We no longer live in an America where the vast majority of people hold to some degree of Biblical morality or appreciate the Christian faith. As Christians, we can sometimes be objects of scorn, ridicule, and hatred.

And this should not surprise us because Christ Himself was also an object of scorn, ridicule, and hatred.

What’s the central point of Matthew 2:12-23 in Herod's wicked plot to kill the baby Jesus: Followers of Christ should expect intense spiritual warfare.

If you are a Christian, you will experience times of suffering. You will experience times of sobbing. You will experience times of scorn.

So, how do you endure? How do you withstand the assaults? How do you handle this intense spiritual warfare? How do you fight the good fight of faith?
